According to local authorities in Saripul province, over the past eight months, infrastructure developments including the construction of Haft Chakdim and 11 water supply networks, valued at 94 million Afghanis, have been successfully completed across the province’s center and districts, benefiting approximately 24,000 families.

Habibullah Masroor, the spokesperson for the Governor of Saripul, disclosed that within this timeframe, projects worth 35 million Afghanis for Haft Chakdim and 59 million Afghanis for eleven irrigation networks have been finalized and activated in the province.

These undertakings, including dam constructions in various districts such as Al-Jihad, Syedabad, Sayad, Sozma Qala, Sangcharak, and Gosfandi, were carried out by the Department of Rural Development, funded from the Islamic Emirate’s budget, and have provided advantages to fourteen thousand families.

Furthermore, the spokesperson highlighted that eleven water networks have been established by collaborative organizations in the province’s center and districts. These networks have already benefited at least 10,000 families in the region.
