Valued at around 264 million Afghanis, this significant initiative began under the supervision of esteemed figures including the Central Spokesperson of the IEA, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, the Deputy Minister of Railways, Mawlawi Mohammad Ishaq Sahibzada, along with local authorities, tribal leaders, representatives from contracting firms, and skilled engineers.

Noteworthy is the stipulation that the project is slated for completion within an eight-month timeframe.
