    KABUL, Oct. 16 – Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi met with a number of religious scholars and traders of Herat province. Mr. Hanafi assured the paricipents to support investors and pave way for opening of more factories and investment in the province.
