The first deputy of the Ministry of Interior joined the 2024 Global General Security Cooperation Conference, attended by interior ministers from over 122 nations.
Representing the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan at the 2024 World Conference on General Security in Lianyong City, Jiangsu Province, China, Mawlawi Muhammad Nabi “Omari,” the first deputy of the Ministry of Interior, delivered a speech.
During the event, the first deputy of the Ministry of Interior highlighted the enhanced security landscape in Afghanistan, asserting that the nation has achieved peace with no organized crime or security threats. There are no opposing groups causing concern for Afghanistan or other nations.
Emphasizing the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s resolute stance against security threats, the first deputy assured participating countries’ security representatives that Afghanistan poses no danger to the region or foreign nations. He reiterated the commitment to combat potential terrorist activities within Afghanistan.
Moreover, the Deputy Minister of Interior underscored that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan respects the sovereignty of all nations and will not permit external interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.
During his visit, he also engaged with several Chinese security officials and representatives from various countries.
