According to Ministry of foreign affairs The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Luka Shevitch, engaged in discussions with the Deputy Political Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Alhaji Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanakzi.

During the meeting, the focus was on exploring economic, political synergies, and other collaborative opportunities between Afghanistan and Belarus. Mr. Stanakzai emphasized the significance of his Belarusian counterpart’s visit to Kabul, highlighting it as a pivotal development in the bilateral relations between the two countries and a promising initiation of long-term cooperation.

Mr. Luka Shivitch conveyed his government’s positive intentions to establish a groundwork for collaboration with Afghanistan across diverse sectors.

Mutually, it was agreed that technical teams from both nations would continue their deliberations in Kabul and Minsk to enhance and expand the ongoing cooperation.
