The Deputy Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Bao Zhuhui, held discussions with the Political Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the IEA, Mr. Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanakzai.

The meeting encompassed talks on bilateral political, economic, and cultural collaborations between Afghanistan and China, as well as recent regional developments.

 

Expressing gratitude for China’s aid to Afghanistan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the significance of the bilateral ties between Afghanistan and China and conveyed a keenness to fortify them. Mr. Bao highlighted the ongoing bilateral cooperation between China and Afghanistan across various sectors, underscoring China’s interest in encouraging Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Afghanistan and the importance of reinforcing relations with the country. He pledged to support Afghanistan on the international platform.

 

Concluding the meeting, the political deputy minister of foreign affairs emphasized the importance of bolstering and sustaining the relationship between the two nations, emphasizing the positive mutual benefits arising from this collaboration.
