KABUL, Jan. 02 – Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the administrative deputy prime minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met today with a number of Shiite scholars and leaders, said press office of deputy PM.

During meeting honorable Muhammad Hassan Sharifi Bakhabi, briefed the deputy PM regarding the views and expectations of the Shiites from the Islamic system.

Mr, Balkhabi expressed that Shiites citizens of the country have a positive view about the Islamic Emirate and fully support the holy Islamic system, calling on officials of the Islamic Emirate to pay special attention to the implementation of development projects in Daikundi and Bamiyan provinces and other areas.

Deputy PM, Hanafi expressing happiness on the meeting said that the officials of the Islamic Emirate consider it their pride to serve its people and solve their problems.

Mr, Hanafi called the role of scholars and elders important in establishing strong relations between the nation and the government and demanded them to do more in this regard.
To the end the deputy PM assured that the Islamic Emirate is committed to a balanced development and will implement development projects throughout the country.
