Delegation of Ministry of Higher Education visits Farah Higher Education Institution

FARAH, Feb. 01 – A joint delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education and all protection agencies (Engineer Rozi Mohammad “Masoom”, Engineer Abdul Bashir “Mohammadi” and his associates visited the Farah Higher Education Institution on Monday along withMawlawi Noorulhaq “Mazhari”, Special Representative of the Ministry of Higher Education in the province.
