    KABUL, Aug. 28 – Mullah Bakhtur Rahman Sharafat, the general director of the Afghanistan Railway Authority, and his delegation travelled to Iran Railway Authority’s official invitation.

    During this visit, it is intended to discuss accelerating transfers along the third stretch of the Khawaf-Herat railway, providing temporary technical training to rail workers, and fostering bilateral rail cooperation.
