Deadly traffic accident killed 36 people in Zabul

ZABUL, Sep. 04 – As many as 36 passengers have been killed and 28 others wounded including children and women amid a traffic accident on Kabul- Kandahar highway in Jildak area of Zabul city.
The deadly event took place early this morning as a result of collision between a bus belonging to Maiwand Transportation Company and a fuel tanker.
Most of the victims were burnt and were unidentifiable.
The wounded were transferred to hospitals in Kandahar and Zabul, where some are in critical condition.
The reason of accident has not been clear yet, but such incident often caused duo to negligence of the drivers.
