KABUL, Jan. 07 – The central bank, Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) wants to auction up to $15 million on the 15th of Jumadi al-Thani 1444 (18/10/1401) on Sunday, said DAB in a statement.
According to DAB it requests commercial banks and exchange and financial services companies that meet the conditions to participate in this tender.
The successful bidders are required to settle their accounts by the end of the auction day, it said.
Partial settlement of the transactions is not allowed in the currency auction bid, the successful tenderer shall pay the obligatory price of at once in cash to the Bank of Afghanistan within a specified period.
