    • Convoy ferrying provincial governor attacked 

    KUNDUZ, July 29 – At least 5 guards escorting the governor were injured when Mujahideen attacked his vehicle traveling in convoy with IEDs in Imam Sahib district of Kunduz province on Saturday.  The vehicle was also destroyed in the blast.
