Officials from the Kabul Municipality have indicated that the reconstruction of the 6th district’s bridge is in progress with the aim of easing congestion and enhancing the area’s traffic infrastructure.
The intersection’s layout is set to transition from a roundabout to a signal-controlled junction for improved traffic management.
Furthermore, authorities have reported that simultaneous advancements are being made in constructing a new connecting road from Puli Surkh to Puli Sokhta.
This road, spanning 910 meters in length and 30 meters in width, is nearing completion and will soon be prepared for surfacing.
