Construction work of a new physical center for the disabled starts in Lashkergah

HELMAND, Dec. 28 – Construction work of a new physical center for the disabled is being started by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand province. Officials at the ICRC’s provincial office say the new center will contain about 60 beds and will be able to treat up to 250 men and women per day.
