The Department of Rural Reconstruction and Development of Kandahar Province, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Agency, has successfully completed the construction of a water supply network at a cost of 39 thousand US dollars. This vital infrastructure project has been handed over to the beneficiaries for their use.

The newly built water supply network, equipped with a storage capacity of 20 cubic meters, has had a significant impact on the local community. Approximately 80 families in the area now have access to clean water, improving their quality of life and addressing their water-related needs.

This accomplishment reflects the commitment of the Department of Rural Reconstruction and Development and the support provided by the United Nations Development Agency in promoting sustainable development and enhancing essential services in Kandahar Province.
