KABUL, Feb. 01 – The construction of an underground market, spanning from Sepah Gamnam Chowk to Khushti Bridge in the PD1 of Kabul city has been started, said a statement of Kabul Manucipility.

Mawlawi Muhammad Alam Asim, the head of the first district, stated that the Kabul Municipality, in collaboration with the private sector, is undertaking this project to promote economic growth and alleviate congestion in the area. The next phase will involve the construction of shops and bridges in a modern and standardized manner, as per the design.
