The project, valued at 72 million Afghanis, was commissioned by the Ministry of Public Works. The completion ceremony took place in the presence of the esteemed Governor of Baghlan Province, the head of the local Public Works Department, and several other officials.

The road, measuring 2.1 kilometers in length and 9 meters in width, was divided into two sections and contracted to a private company for the reinforced concrete work.
