    The ceremonial laying of the foundation stones for these centers has taken place at the Antani and Afghan-Japan hospitals in the capital.

    The Minister of Public Health additionally announced that, in accordance with the directive from esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, (may Allah protect him), health facilities will be established in 318 districts across the country.
