The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced the commencement of the construction of a commercial market named “Laqman Hakeem” in Lashkargah, the capital of Helmand, with an estimated cost of around 367 million Afghanis.

As per the ministry, this market, designed to span five floors, will encompass 40 blocks, 270 shops, a spacious parking area, and a mosque.
