    According to the Ministry of Water and Energy, the Ahlita check dam project in Marghab district of Ghor province, with a total worth of 2,964,600 new Afghanis, was finalized in the presence of Mullah Rahmatullah Amani, the head of the Ghor river sub-district, and subsequently opened over for use.
