The Department of Education in Ghazni province has announced the initiation of construction for 5 primary schools in remote and underserved districts, thanks to the support of a donor foundation. Each school will consist of 6 classrooms and an administrative room, with a total estimated cost of 53,500,000 Afghanis.

 

During the foundation-laying ceremony held in Giro district, Alhaj Mawlawi Mir Nasir Ahmad Hussaini, the head of education in the province, stated that among the schools, 3 will be located in Giro district and 2 in Andar(Shilgar) district.

The construction and renovation of these schools will provide a safe learning environment for approximately 4,000 students.

 

The local community expressed their joy at the establishment of schools in their districts and warmly welcomed the development of educational facilities, while also extending their support to the Ministry of Education’s leadership efforts.
