Engineer Kaveh Khroosh, the Head of Kapisa Marine Sub-Basin, along with his technical team, has undertaken four projects in the province under the oversight of the Kapisa Marine Sub-Basin, supported financially by the F,O Foundation with a value of 151,182 US dollars through a local company.

 

These initiatives have commenced, featuring the construction of various structures such as a 150-meter-long gabion wall for the Shakh-e-Ab Canal, a 392-meter-long masonry wall for the canal, 18 meters of headband, 90 meters of beach reinforcement, 240 meters of stonework, 5 meters of Ghol Babar Canal, and the cleaning of the Deh Babi Canal spanning 2500 meters, along with the cleaning of the 1500 meters long Siddiqui Canal.

 

The development of these projects aims to enhance the sustainable management of water resources, combat soil erosion, fortify canal banks, mitigate flood risks, preserve extensive agricultural lands, and safeguard numerous residences located along the canal routes.
