The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has initiated the construction of two water supply networks valued at over 10 million Afghanis in Sayed Akbar Bajauri and Pir Mohammad villages of Shatarchi district in Kunduz, with financial assistance from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Upon the successful completion of these network constructions, 160 families residing in these villages are expected to gain access to clean drinking water, as per the ministry’s statement.
