In Paktika province, an embankment and a retaining wall were commissioned at a total cost of 6 million Afghanis.
A dam and a retaining wall located in the Sarhuza and Khair Kot districts of Paktika Province were officially inaugurated for use, with a total expenditure of 6 million Afghanis, in the presence of the Paktika Governor.
These projects, overseen by the Department of Water and Energy of Paktika Province, served the dual purpose of safeguarding 50 acres of agricultural land from potential damage and preparing an additional 50 acres for irrigation.
