NANGARHAR, Sept. 9 – The Islamic Emirate’s seniors and officials of the commission culture & learning set up a conference in Surkh Rowd district of Nangarhar province to bring together well-versed academia, renowned scholars and men of learning, prominent tribal elders and tribesmen, students teachers and principals of schools and Madaris and Mujahideen to facilitate ways to help improve and promote education and work to together for the development and progress of the country.

In the meantime, the emerging issue as well as the problems and challenges facing the Afghans were addressed and solutions to the issues and problems were offered.

The officials and seniors of the commission and the experts and scholars presented their opinions and views to resolve the contemporary problems in the light of Islam in accordance with Quran and Hadith.

The meetings began with recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran and many participants gave talks on different topics.

It was reiterated that the Islamic Emirate will work hard to safeguard the life and property of the people and will do everything it can do to provide them with all the possible facilities so as to help them live a smooth and comfortable life.

The participants, at the end, pledge their support to Islamic Emirate and vowed to offer full cooperation and assistance to keep up the good work side by side with the Islamic Emirate.

Finally, the meetings ended with the Dau (prayers).

Similar conference had also taken place in Alingar district of Laghman province.
