KUNDUZ, Dec. 23 – The Islamic Emirate organized a Sirat-un-Nabi (Life and Character of the Prophet) Conference Thursday in northern Afghanistan attended by a large number of prominent Ulama-i-din (Islamic scholars), tribal elders and tribesmen, renowned teachers and students of Madaris and schools as well as Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate.

Its aim was to make aware and motivate people to follow-Sirat-un-Nabi (Life and ways of the Prophet) in its true spirit for an ideal Muslim society based on prosperity, wellbeing, unity and justice to reform the society that could be helpful for all.

Speakers at conference on Sirat-un-Nabi held in Chahar Darah district of Kunduz province at a Masjid (mosque) called for establishing a society based on Islamic concept of social justice.

Firmly keeping to Sunnah of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is the only way out of all the misery and problem was said while addressing the inaugural session of the conference that was presided over by the senior member of the commission of education and learning.

The participants stressed that the Muslims need to seek aspirations and guidance from the life and teaching of the Holy Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) in order to have a true spiritual and physical happiness and success in life.

It was emphasized during the conference that our troubled nation today is confronted with various problems and challenges that could only by addressed and overcome by reviving and adhering to Sirat-un-Nabi because the Prophet Mohammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam )is the only ideal personality before the entire humanity to follow so as to have a serene, contentment and a successful life.

The attendees appreciated the initiative on the part of the Islamic Emirate’s commission of education & learning for setting up such the events which help to motivate the young generation to follow a right path, in accordance with Islamic life, as promised in Quran and Sunnah.

Highlighted the significance of the Sunnat-e-Nabi, the attendees said everyone could find solution to their problems and end their misery from teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) who is the best example for developing a society based on social justice and which ensures the society’s overall welfare.

It is said that the Sirut of Prophet Mohammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) serves as universal remedy for the problems faced by our oppressed Muslim nation and the Muslim worldwide. The problems and challenges we are currently confronted with, both external and internal can be effectively overcome through complying with the life, teachings and preaching of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam).

In the last part, prayer was offered for the troubled Afghan nation, the Muslims throughout the world and all humanity.
