FARYAB, Feb. 05 – A heavy gunfight broke out against enemy troops in Faizabad area of Shireen Tagab district midday today, sparking clashes that lasted till afternoon hours, during which 2 tanks have been destroyed, killing a key enemy commander – Abdul Mearoof – and leaving another one wounded.
It must be mentioned that a key enemy center in the said area was also overrun by Mujahideen destroyed afternoon hours.
