BADAKSHAN, Mar. 23 – A commander along with 3 of his soldiers joined Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Kishm northern Kunduz province on Sunday.
The surrender became possible through the efforts of the commission of Dawat-Wal-Irshsad (the (preaching and guidance).
In a report from eastern Laghman province, 3 Arbakis surrendered themselves to Muahideen in Dawlat Shah district of Laghman province on Monday.
