WARDAK, Jun. 21 – Construction work on a coal processing factory has been officially inaugurated in Maidan Wardak on Tuesday.

A ceremony held for this event was participated by officials of the contracted company and a number of provincial officials and elders.

“The processing factory is being established on 700 acres of land in Kot-e-Ashr of the province.

Indicating the importance and effectiveness of the factory, Governor of Wardak Mohammad Amin Omari said that the construction work will be accelerated, and a number of people will be provided with job opportunities in the province.

The strength and development of a country depend on economic power, fortunately after the resumption of power by the Islamic Emirate the reconstruction work has been speeded up in the country and it is expected that the country will become self-sufficient in the near future.

Meanwhile, the officials of NCC added that the factory will be built in accordance with international standards, where the processed coal will be packed and exported to foreign countries.
