JOWZJAN, July 28 – The Islamic Emirate launched a purge operation in Khanaqah district of northern Jowzjan province early this morning, clearing a large area of the enemy.
According to Al-Emarah News reports, the Islamic Emirate’s combatants purged enemy from 10 villages after hours of fighting in which a policeman was killed and four other were wounded, while a vehicle was shot and destroyed in the operation.
Similarly, Mujahideen seized from the enemy various kinds of arms and ammo with motorcycles.
In the province’s Faizabad district, Mujahideen purged the enemy from 16 villages on Wednesday night.
