PAKTIA, Aug. 25 – A civilian girl, in critical condition, was being taken by her family to the doctor but the CIA hired assassins did not allow her access to the hospital and she died due to lack of medical assistance and treatment on the way early this morning.
It has been three days since Naeem, a notorious militia commander has banned the people living in Mujahideen held areas from getting into bazaar and district center in Zazi Aryub district of Paktia province.
He said the shops of those in Mujahideen areas to be shut down and drivers of the areas were also denied access to the district center and bazaar, which caused the civilians a lot of problems and considerable difficulties
