    HERAT, Mar. 20 – A child -Irshad-  rescued from kidnappers in Herat city during an operation, launched on Wednesday, resulted in the arrest of a kidnapper and the death of a second in a clash with intelligence forces. The child was abducted last week and has been handed over to his family.
