KABUL, Jan. 24 -Mawlawi Ahmad Jan Ahmadi, chief of staff at the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met with  Monica Martinez, head rule of law at United Nations Assistance for Afghanistan (UNAMA) .
During the meeting, the two sides discussed law enforcement and the fight against corruption.
Mawlawi Ahmad Jan Ahmadi, welcomed Mrs. Martinez and said that law enforcement and eradication of corruption are among the most important responsibilities of the Islamic Emirate.
Mr. Ahmadi added: “I assure you that the Islamic Emirate was and is free from corruption. The law applies to everyone without exception and we are committed to eradicating corruption. The law enforcement commissions by the cabinet.” Formed and even appointed a panel to investigate the cases of prisoners,

According to Mr Ahmadi, in the past few months, officials with minor offenses and violations have been fired and brought to justice, and the Islamic Emirate’s tolerance for corruption is zero.

“We are here to work together to fight corruption,” said Martinez, UNAMA’s  Monica Martinez, head rule of law at United Nations Assistance for Afghanistan (UNAMA) .
And we try to regulate our activities in Islamic countries in accordance with Islamic law.
