WARDAK, July. 25 – Dr. Mullah Abdul Wase, the Chief of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, expressed condolences to victims of floods in Jani Khel village, Maidan Wardag province.

Accordimg to reportes, the recent flood have caused serious losses to residents of Wardak province as around 30 villagers have been martyred and several others wounded with many others still missing as well as inflecting heavy financial losses to the locals.

The cief of PM office assured that agencies from the Islamic Emirate have sent aid teams and technical teams are evaluating damaged areas.

He also provided one lakh AFN to families of martyrs and fifty thousand AFN to each injured person.

Dr. Wasi also shared information with media about the preparations and activities of related institutions of the IEA to help those affected by the recent floods.
