The Head of the Armed Forces attended the graduation event for the BM21 Professional Course organized by the Artillery Department.

At the graduation ceremony, which saw the participation of 60 young officers from regional units and sub-teams who completed the BM21 capacity building professional course under the Ministry of National Defense, the Head of the Armed Forces, Alhaj Qari Mohammad Fasihuddin “Fitrat,” and First Deputy Haji Mali Khan “Sadiq” were in attendance.

Alhaj Qari Mohammad Fasihuddin “Fitrat,” the Head of the Armed Forces, highlighted in his address: “When fully prepared militarily, your adversaries will fear and be vanquished, deterring any invasion.

Thanks to the valor of Afghan heroes, three great empires have been blessed. Embrace new technologies, thwart the enemy’s malevolent intentions.”

He continued, emphasizing: “Safeguard the available vehicles and weapons as communal property, remain focused on your objectives, detach from material possessions. We are all Afghans, sharing joys and sorrows. Progress requires effort, dedication, and a steadfast pursuit of goals.”

Additionally, Mullah Sadiqullah Mesteri, the said department’s deputy director, remarked in his speech: “Praise be to Allah, after two decades, we have reactivated this weapon, enhancing our country’s defense capabilities. The sacrifices made will be preserved in history. The event concluded with the distribution of graduation certificates.
