HELMAND, Nov. 26 – Mujahideen carried out an assault on a hireling checkpoint in Kandahar terminal area of Sangin district overnight. Attacks of heavy and light arms, resulting in the post overrun after a brief resistance, leaving several gunmen killed or hurt and forcing the rest to flee.
