Check post overrun in Lashkargah, 7 killed

HELMAND, Aug. 20 – At around 8:00pm local time on Saturday, Mujahideen attacked a police check post close to Abdul Rehman pump area, PD3 of capital Lashkargah.
Attacks of heavy and light arms lasted for about one hour, resulting in the post overrun after killing 7 puppets and forcing the rest to flee while dismantling towers of the post and destroying an APC, too.
According to details huge amount of ammunition have been seized in the operation.
A Mujahid has also embraced martyred (May Allah accept him).
