Check post overrun in Farah, enemy abandons another

FARAH, May. 18 – Mujahideen carried out an attack on a hireling check post in Sar Mushkan area of Parchaman district last night, overrunning the post after a brief resistance and forcing the enemy to flee after sustain heavy fatalities.
Meanwhile, enemy has fled and abandoned a military base and check post in Kal Kala area of Bala Baluk district due to fear of Mujahideen attacks.
