LAGHMAN, Mar. 22 – A prestigious ceremony held on the occasion of the successful completion of Hifz –ul-Quran in Alingar district of eastern Laghman province.
The program participated by Ulama and common people began with verses from Quran and continued till noon.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Ulama said that the Holy Quran offers a complete code of conduct, the way to achieve success in this world and the hereafter lies in the teachings of the Holy Book.
They said that we will get disgraced in the world if we are not connected with the Holy Book, adding that the Holy Quran is the source of guidance for those who meditate over it and act upon its teachings in their lives.
