Interior Minister Instructs Kabul Police of Professionalism

KABUL, Sep. 25 – Acting Minister of Interior of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, HE Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani held a meeting with security officials of Kabul Police HQ & commanders of Police districts. He emphasized on the professionalism of police and instructed them to deal properly with citizens and follow official uniform.

LAGHMAN, Sep. 24 – Officials of the general directorate of intelligence discovered and confiscated three M16 weapons that were illegally kept in Chaharbagh Bazar (Baghwan Street) area of Qarghi District of the said province. A person has been arrested in connection with case.

2 countrymen rescued as 3 Kidnapers held in Kabul

KABUL, Sep. 22 – Security forces of the intelligence department of Kabul province have arrested 3 armed kidnappers who misused the name of Mujahideen along with a number of weapons and military equipment and rescued two citizens from clutches of the said kidnappers.

Rebel arrested in Samangan, weapon seized

BADGHIS, Sep. 19 – Amid an intelligence operation, the security forces have discovered and obtained 12 rounds of mortar shells from a residential house in Sayad district of Saripul province said security officials at police headquarters of the province. Kidnapers held in Balkh province capital

BALKH, Sep. 18 – The general directorate of intellegnce operatives, As a result of detection operation in Mazar Sharif, the capital of Balkh Province, arrested the two kidnappers who had kidnapped a countryman Khalil S/O Haji Jamil, four months ago. The arrested criminals have confessed their crime and are currently under investigation.
