    HERAT, Aug. 11 – Officials say a hireling ANA convoy came under a Mujahideen attack in Dahan Soni area of Cheshi Sharif district midday today. Attacks of heavy and light weapons left a tank and a pickup destroyed and killed 4 puppets inside.

    Gun battle leaves 2 Arbaki lapdog dead, 3 injured

    TAKHAR, Aug. 11 – Two Arbaki puppets were killed and three more were injured after Mujahideen waylaid the Arbakis in Ishkamish district of northern Takhar province on Wednesday. Later, the Arbakis set fire to a number compounds belonging to civilians. No civilians are said to have suffered any casualties in the blaze.

    BAGHLAN, Aug. 11 – At least 4 puppets were killed when Mujahideen seized an enemy post in Dahan-e-Ghori district of northern Baghlan province. Khan Kar Moli, a puppet commander was among those killed in the exchange of fire with Mujahideen.
