Cash and food aid provided to 172 flood affected families in Lashkar Gah

HELMAND, Jan. 30 – The Department of Disaster Management, in collaboration with IOM, OHA and WFP foundations, provided cash, food and winter supplies to 172 flood-affected families in Lashkar Gah on Sunday.

Each family was given 25 kg of pulses, 2 kg of salt, 4 cans of oil, 20 packets of biscuits, 113 protein and fortifying ingredients for the children and 4 bag of flour.
