Cabinet barres army personnel in uniform with arms from entering amusement parks  

KABUL, Feb. 02 – The Council of Ministers has decided that military personnel of the Islamic Emirate have no right to enter amusement parks with weapons and military vehicles, said Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate.

Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate are not allowed to enter amusement parks with weapons, military uniforms and vehicles. Mujahideen are obliged to abide by all the rules and regulations of the parks.
