The invaders and their domestic allies have committed numerous atrocities against the Afghan Muslim nation during the past one and a half decade, neither sparing blind bombardments nor night raids and brutal tortures. The Islamic Emirate has conveyed the voice of the oppressed Afghan people to the world time and again but unfortunately it has fallen on deaf ears. Now is a good beginning that the Human Rights Commission of the United Nations published a report last April about torture of prisoners in detention centers in Afghanistan. They have documented interviews of different prisoners in 2015 and 2016. Most prisoners said that they were tortured and that they had not understood or could not read what was written on the “confession” which they signed or thumb-printed.

The UN report also mentioned those atrocities which had been carried out in private prisons of Commander Abdul Razziq under his own supervision and instructions. The graveyard near Loya Viyala in Kandahar is open evidence where those martyrs have been buried who were martyred during torture carried out by Commander Abdul Razziq.

The delegations of the Human Rights Commission of the UN, the International Organization of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court should visit this graveyard and other detention centers to see how many brutal Human Rights violations had been perpetrated and still continuing. The torture and statements of forced confessions bring court verdicts of the Kabul Administration and presence of prisoners in detention centers under question. Furthermore Human Rights Organizations which claim to be protectors of Human Rights should know that despite the forced confessions, it takes years to submit prisoner’s cases before courts. Notwithstanding that, prisoners whose detention period is completed are not released until they pay bribe for their release.

The so-called leaders of the Kabul Administration should realize that they are fighting against its own people on the behest of the American invading forces and sacrificing their own people for the interests of foreigners, compelling them to turn to revenge.

It is a fact that invaders and their domestic allies want to punish the Afghan Muslim nation by committing such nefarious acts to quash their aspirations for freedom. The stooge Administration has now made it as part and parcel of its brutal policy. But we want to remind invaders and their allies that history shows no one can prevent Afghans from following their legitimate path through the use of force, torture and weapons. Similarly, we also want to remind them that this land is the graveyard of the invading empires. Every power arrived here with arrogance but left in humiliation. It would be better that the invading countries do not trample on the legitimate rights of the Afghan nation anymore under the phony name of so-called democracy and freedom and leave our proud homeland.
