FARAH, Jan. 23 – Reports say, a police ranger pickup was shred into peces by an IED attack at the common border of Pushtkoh distroct of Farah province and Shindand district of Herat province early this morning, leaving 4 including commander Abdul Manan s/o Khushdil and hurts 3 others.
