    FARAH, Aug. 30 – At around 4:00 pm local time today, vehicle of Pusht Koh police chief – Rahat Shah – destroyed by an IED attack in the said district, leaving the said commander and 4 others killed abroad. The said commander remained police chief of Farah Rod district.
