    GHAZNI, Mar. 24 – New school year begins with The Ghazni province’s Education department ringing the schools bell in Ghazni city, the capital of Ghazni province. This came amid a meeting held at Shams-ul-Arfeen High School in Ghazni province on Wednesday which was joined by local officials, government officials, teachers and students.
