     LAGHMAN, May 4 – Late Thursday Mujahideen fighters targeted an enemy base with mortar rounds in Alishang district of Laghman province, a report said but provided no casualty details. Elsewhere in the said district, an Arbaki surrendered himself and his gun to Mujahideen early Friday.
