Attacks on combat posts: 16 killed, 20 injured

NANGARHAR, Jun. 23 – The Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen conducted an operation on the enemy installations in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province early Thursday morning, leaving as many as 15 killed and over 18 suffered injuries.

Two Mujahideen fighters are said to have been martyred in Thursday’s operation.

A woman was also martyred when the enemy pounded the village with mortar rounds.

In a report from neighboring Laghman province, a puppet was killed and two others wounded when Mujahideen ambushed the enemy convoy in Alishang district of eastern Laghman province early Thursday.
