Attack leaves security in charge of tribal department dead

NANGARHAR, Oct. 16 – Dagrarwal Arif (colonel Arif), the security in charge of the tribal department was badly wounded along with his gunman when a magnetic bomb attached to his vehicle blew up in Jalalabad city, the provincial capital of Nangarhar province on Saturday.
